Prices and Currencies

Prices are based on British Pounds. Other currencies are based on real-time rates updated daily so may differ from a base price shown. Please select the currency you wish to view the site in from the "drop down" list at the top right hand site of our web-site.

Shipping

We dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment.

Products are dispatched to worldwide destinations from central Europe using International Priority Service from "La Poste" the French national postal service.

Orders will normally arrive within 7-10 days to European destinations. The USA and rest of the world may take from 10 to 28 days depending on your region.

Refunds and Cancellations

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and want to return your product we are willing to accept returns provided the product is returned substantially unused and in good condition. We will refund the cost of the product minus postage costs. The return postage remains at the cost of the purchaser.
